Virtualbox and Windows

I would like to setup a VM for Windows and I would probably do this
under Virtualbox and have that all running on my ArchLinux system.
What do I need to complete this task? Is there a way to install
windows 7 into this VM with speech or do I have to go the route with
an answer file or whatever they call it now?

Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.
