Most of the time, when multiple Arch mirrors are configured in your mirrorlist, pacman will keep trying to download each package from each mirror until it is successful. So you may get repeated errors, but eventually the package should download. If this continues, try weeding out the bad mirrors and then run pacstrap again. ~Kyle
