GRML and apollo synth

Hello,
Good it seems that it is the same problem as it is for me. I got a response
from Mika saying it has now been entered into the GRML bug tracking system
http://bts.grml.org/grml/issue610

Is this problem specific to GRML or is it generally a problem for speakup as
modules? IE. Is GRML really the correct place for this to be corrected?
