Hi all. Sorry for the vague subject line; however, this is the best way I have thought of to describe it. On both my desktop, I have upgraded to Linux-2.6.19.2 with Speakup v-2.00 CVS: Sat Oct

in hopes that this problem may have been fixed. The problem (probably existing since 2.6.18 or so), is that any number next to a letter is not spoken. Some examples include 2GB, 3MB, and 3U 
wrack. As a result, the only thing I hear out of my dectalk (no matter how I am reviewing; whether it be fullscreen reading, word, line, or character), is U, GB, and MB. Another peculiarity I 
have noticed (I am not sure if this is specific to Espeak), is that no punctuation is spoken at all; not even when reviewing by character. For example, if I have the phrase "testing," when I 
review by character, the comma is never spoken at all; instead, if I keep reviewing to the right I will eventually hear "space." On my laptop, I am noticing this behavior with 2.6.19.2, 
Espeak-1.19, and Speakup v-2.00 CVS: Sat Oct 7 10:52:29 EDT 2006. I'm sorry if my explanation got a bit confusing; however, might someone know what causes this sort of behavior, and perhaps 
how to fix it? Thanks.
