Speakup and slackware v 11

hi Travis,
do you wait until the cd stops spinning before you type the line in?
what com port is your transport on?
try putting it on the first com port if possable
if it is on another port you might have to type in
speakup_ser=1 for com2
anyway the first thing we need to know is what com port you have
the transport on.
and make sure that you wait until the cd completly stopps spinning
before you type the line in.
