I am certainly up for this. I am involved with the Ubuntu accessibility 
team, am a regular tester of the GNOME accessibility technologies, and 
also a user of speakup. Given time, I can certainly get something 
together. I would also probably do it live, as sometimes pre-recording 
these things can be a pain, but I'll think about it.

Anyway, I would jump at the chance to do this.
