sarge accessibility iso

Is the sarge accessibility iso contained in the boxed set of CD's debian 
sells?  I can't download anything with enough data integrity to work from 
people.debian.org so this is why I'm asking this question.  That, and I 
have a friend who also needs the accessibility iso to install and one 
that's in good shape because I live about 900 miles away so can't provide 
much help once he starts the installation.
