help with slackware boot floppies

Ah. i figured it out last night, late at 12:00 a.m i used the smart
boot manager from the slackware boot disk dir. it booted fine/

I've found that sbm ironically will boot from cd on newer bioses that
support booting from cd-rom, but that have this feature disabled. On
the other hand, I have not yet gotten sbm to boot from cd-rom on
machines that don't support booting from the cd at all in the bios.
