warning to debian unstable users of speech-dispatcher: upgrade at your own risk

Thanks Gene.
The path, at least on this machine, is actually /usr/lib/libspeechd.1.
Had filed a bug report on this with debian, but since it was my first
report I got it sent to the wrong place by putting the package name speech
dispatcher in without the hyphen; sent an update to that effect once the
number had been sent to me. Will send this along also.
