good contact info for David Borowski?

I posted this before, but I'm not sure it made it out as the list was down
at the time.  Anyway, I am trying to contact David Borowski, the author of
the Dectalk PC driver for Speakup to discuss some of the issues I am
having with it, in particular, the mysterious drifting clock problem and
the apostrophe problem.  The email address given in the source code seems
to be no good, as my messages are bouncing.  Any ideas how I can contact
him?  Thanks.
