warning to debian unstable users of speech-dispatcher: upgrade at your own risk

Hi Cheryl.  The problem is the symlink in /usr/lib didn't get made
properly.  You can make it with ln something like this:

ln -s libspeechd1.1 libspeechd.so.1

or what ever the .so name is that speechd-up is complaining about.  I
had to do this the other day when doing a brand new Debian install.
