Upgrading Linux Debian

I upgraded Linux testing today and now my man2html doesn't work with a 403 forbidden message and openwebmail won't let us login, so they've done something terrible with security.  I'd wait a couple of days.  When these problems go away I'll post unless someone tells me how to fix it before then.
