DECtalk Software Speech

Hi. Don't know about problems with older versions of gcc, but the 
DEQTalk RTK comes with header files to link it into other programs.  
When I compiled the emacspeak server for DEQTalk, I had to use gcc 2.95
instead of gcc 3.3 because I got errors from the DEQTalk headers 
during the compile.
I'm running Debian unstable with the latest updates.
