Keymap Stuff

The key definitions as always are in speakupmap.map.  Genmap takes
that file and converts into a new speakupmap.h file which gets
included during compilation.  The key names which are recognized come
out of the input.h file.  Did I cover all your questions? Well, about
speakup and it's keymap anyway.  We no longer affect the standard
kernel keymap.
