I use a package called pgpenvelope, if you go to the gpg page and look at
the front ends page, you'll find it there.

Currently using 2.10.

It takes a little configuration, and you need to be careful which version
of Pine you're using, I found that 4.33 didn't work so upgraded to 4.44
and it's fine now.
