The Chain's Cursor

My biggest problem trying to use l i n k s is the lack of cursor
tracking. Is this the way it is, or do I have it improperly configured?

Those of you with experience using the chain, can you please tell me
whether you just live with the cursor parked in the lower right hand
corner? Or is there a way to get it to track focus?
