Well, if you have the latest cvs then all the buttons should work.
Maybe not always predictable what they'll do but work they will.  The
speakup-1,2,3,4,5,... controls work in pairs thusly: speakup-1
decrease punc_level, speakup-2 increment punc_level...

Maybe we should have a what to do with the extra key contest. 'grin'

Oh, the edit strings functions speakup-f5,f6,... are toggles once on
once off.
