sendmail woes

My 'mqueue' directory had permissions 600 which seemed wrong. I
changed that to 666 and now sendmail is at least partially
working. John Covici mentioned the 'SECURITY' file, but I cannot
find a file like that in the sendmail tree. Where is that file,
John? I think I am closing in on this mother!
