Hi Chuck, Ok thanks. That's interesting and will look that up. Like I said the mail is showing up, but is ending up in a file that mutt doesn't know about and probably shouldn't. I will look up the "smtpname" directive and am hoping it placed in the system-wide file will in fact redirect the mail coming in for users to their mailboxes as it were. tnx
