samba share permissions

Hi all,

I've been using samba for a good while now, but I was wondering what kinds of permissions and ownership/group should publically accessible samba shares have? They are only accessible on my internal LAN, and so far, I am the only user on my LAN. However, I log in on my windblows systems with different accounts, and I would like my shares to be publically accessible for this reason. Thanks.
