please help with tar.bz2 file

Hi all.

I have a tar.bz2 file which apparently has become corrupted.

bunzip2 suggested that I use the bzip2recover program, which I did.

The result was a bunch of recxyzfilename.tar.bz2. Could someone please tell me how I can extract actual data from these?
