slackware and speakup docs

Hi Raul:  I am afraid we have nothing in a nice finished form.
Basically what we have is all the stuff in the
linux/Documentation/speakup directory.  A number of folks have been
going to take on the documentation project over the years but no one
has actually done anything.  I specifically asked Anne to do the FAQ.
Whether she is interested in doing anything else after that is up to
her.  If you'd like to take it on it would be a valuable contribution
to the project.
