zipspeak 7.1 questions

you can try for example, man ls
man <command-name>
and the commands are all in /bin /sbin /usr/bin /usr/sbin , been 
too long since i've used zipspeak. i believe it has speakupconfig
to set the rate. just type speakupconfig.
