which prebuilt linux boxes seem to work best?

Hi:

I actually keep my box up all the time.  Only time it goes down is kernel
recompile (happened today for the first time in 10 months), system crash
(has happened about 3 or 4 times in the past 18 months) or the most common
cause, power outage.  Oh and the odd time I want to take the box
somewhere.  I can't seem to crack the magic 30 day mark but I'll keep on
trying.
