Need help.

Hello to the list.
I need to get some information on where to go download installation how tos
for the fedora release and I also need to get info on where to go download
the distribution disk as well.
I did a search on the web for this information and I get what looks like,
links to an ftp sight but when I try to go there I get a web page with linux
info but no reference to speakup or anything.
What's going on here?
