Where did the military alphabet go in speakup?

Hi,
When pressing numpad-two in quick succession, speakup give the military
alphabet/phonetic name for the character.
These used to be definable in /sys/accessibility/speakup.
Now that there is an i18n directory, I cannot find these entries.
I am implementing speakup on the SA-Note where we now have all eleven of
our languages.
the words "Alfa, Bravo, Charlie, Delta, Echo, Foxtrot, Golf, Hotel, India, Juliett, Kilo, Lima,
Mike, November, Oscar, Papa, Quebec, Romeo, Sierra, Tango, Uniform, Victor,
Whiskey, X-ray, Yankey, Zulu."
are in some cases too foreign sounding in our languages to do the job.
I want to make my own set for each language.
This is a relatively old speakup,
Speakup version 3.1.6
soft synthesizer driver version 2.6
Can someone please tell me where I must look?
TIA, Willem
