It's generally Ubuntu (userspace only) by default, but I believe that
you can set it up with others (SuSE, etc).

The speakup kernel driver won't work, as the Bash on Windows doesn't
use a Linux kernel. But, being a standard windows console, it might
work with Microsoft tools.
