Please take this screen reader survey.

Two biases every survey has.  The choices it doesn't allow and questions 
it doesn't ask are one bias and the choices any survey allows and 
questions any survey asks are the second bias.  That's why I avoid 
surveys whenever possible.  College-level courses on survey design exist 
and I think many survey writers never took those courses or cut the 
classes.
