Hi again James: Yes that was the speakup list you asked on. I believe
we are having this conversation off the list or my filter is catching
these messages before being sifted to the list.
I don't use vi so can't answer your question. about that. There are
lots of vi users though so maybe someone else will have a suggestion.
I don't really have much to do with the daily up keep or modification
of speakup. There are very many new and talented users which have
taken over that role. I am mostly a sideline kibitzer these days if
anything.
I will Cc this reply back to the list so hopefully someone else will
answer your vi question
