Get it via http from davidborowski.ddns.net. Check the README for bugs/info. To install: cd /usr/src/linux/drivers/staging tar zxf [path]/spk.tgz. Where the [path] is where you saved it. You have to have root privalege to write in speakup and to build the kernel anyway. Tested with kernels 4.6.4 and 4.7.2.
