Fedora23 workstation install

What does making orca sticky do?  That probably will be useful to know 
for future.  I did manage to get Fedora to install with root and user 
accounts and had to use flat review in configuration screen and at the 
bottom of the configuration screen there was an inaudible icon just 
above the panel and when I hit enter on that icon, I was able to finish 
the remainder of the installation.  I also found out that initial gnome 
setup program needs lots of accessibility repair; it was usable with 
orca but barely.  Add accounts screen one could move up and down but had 
to hit enter on a selection to have it identify itself and then be able 
to add account.  Text boxes inside didn't identify themselves as such 
either for user-id and password.
