latest version of TalkingArch

I tried the latest talking arch about a month ago and it worked just fine. I burned a dvd and booted it on a dell laptop. I also used the iso image in vmware and it came up talking without a problem.

I tried it about 6 months or so back, and it did not talk for me.
Seems like there's more to making it talk than just burning an ISO.

Has anyone used TakingArch-2015.09.02-dual.iso from http://talkingarch.tk/ 
to instal talkingarch yet?
I used aria2c to download it using bittorrent and the image I got is 
non-verbal.  It doesn't talk at all, and I'm about to request sighted 
assistance to help with whatever may be showing up on the screen.
