question about some key commands

Hello,
There are some key commands that don't have any description. What are they?

spk key_f2 = set_win
spk key_f4 = enable_win
spk key_f5 = edit_some
spk key_f6 = edit_most
spk key_f7 = edit_delim
spk key_f8 = edit_repeat
shift spk key_f9 = edit_exnum

I have no idea what any of these are...
I'm trying to read the manual, but there is a whole ton of stuff in 
there I don't want to know and there are no headings!!!
