I have orca working on kali linux but this only happened after an
installation. At the beep on boot up I hit s followed by enter then
kali linux waited a few seconds and started asking me questions the way
debian does. After all those were answered and it was time to reboot,
orca came up talking on the reboot. I was very surprised.
