How to stop SpeakUp saying 'Capital'

Hi Mike,

I would still be interested in your script, as I am using pulseaudio 
mainly because of the poor speech in alsa. What did you do to suppress all 
the alsa and jack messages that portaudio outputs? I had to add a lot of 
lines like "pcm.rear cards.pcm.default" when I used alsa.
