CentOS?

Hi,

I really need to start with a fresh Linux install on another computer. I 
have a CentOS-based VPS, and I love it! I'd like to have it at home. Is 
this possible, are there CentOS builds that have Speakup in them? I read 
on their website something about a GUI installer, which sounds 
inaccessible just by that terminology. Is there any way to bypass that 
and still get a good CentOS installation experience?
