Speakup under VMware Fusion 6

Hi, Alonzo:
Thanks for this, but I think I do see where to make the change. I was
actually more interested in what people mapped for insert, which keys
they chose. I'm new enough to the Mac environment that I wouldn't want
to remap something I'd later miss.
I suppose, if it's limited to the specific vm, that won't be too hard to
manage, though.
