Does the read-all command exist for software speech?

Hi Willem: Currently the speakup_soft module can't read index marks
returned from the connected soft synth even if they did produce them. I
know espeakup doesn't produce them but I'm not sure about
speech-dispatcher. So it could be done but not without a fair chunk of
work by some developer.
