> Hi list:
> I notice I can install Debian Wheezy fairly easily with Speakup.
> The only thing I am noticing is that when Gnome wants to start, It doesn't want to speak if Speakup is also talking.
> One work-around I found is to keep pressing numpad enter during bot-up. Then I get the boom sound and ORCA comes up talking.
> Any ideas on how I can make this work without intervention. I still want Speakup, but I want system to boot up into Gnome when I want it too.
> In version 3.0.2 of Vinux, they did something that allowed speak up and orca co-exist, even speaking simultaneously. Is that something I can do with Debian 7?
