Many of those have corresponding source archives already in the repository.
Mbrola is an obvious exception, but Mary TTS has other kinds of voices besides
Mbrola (HMM and unit selection, as far as I can tell).

Of course, it won't be usable with Speakup without a certain amount of
interface work.
