espeakup and usb soundcards

Try setting the alsa card for espeak rather than espeakup. Espeakup is
only an interface between the speakup screen reader and the espeak
speech synthesizer, which is what is actually generating sound. So
setting the alsa card specifically for espeak should solve the problem.
