Greetings.  What is the relationship between
  /sys/accessibility/speakup/
  /proc/speakup/
  /etc/speakup/
  ~/.speakup/
?
On debian squeeze, my   man speakupconf   mentions only the
last two, and only /sys/accessibility/speakup/ exists by default
(i.e. unless I do a   speakupconf save)
