mail processing delay

Also consider that if you have things like wrong group/owner as I did
a while back under my Exim configuration mail was being delayed for
several hours if not more for some things. Wouldn't hurt to check.
Also, if using Exim make sure that you're ssl cert and key for exim is
set properly because Gmail will try to estabblish an SSL connection.
So if running a remote mail server or something keep that in mind.
Mail delays can result that way too.
