Hi, You should look into speakupconf for saving your settings. Call it from /etc/rc.local, or your distribution's equivalent. That way, it will be used whenever you reboot. If you can, call it at shutdown to save the settings as well, so it will automatically save and load upon startup. Hope this helps, Zack.
