list FAQ?

I was thinking it might be helpful to have a FAQ for this list. Anybody
besides me think that's a good idea? I volunteer to write/maintain the FAQ. 
But I don't want to impose myself on this list.  I'm sure I am not the most
qualified. But I may be the most willing. :-)
