3rd release of the talking ArchLinux install CD

I'm proud to announce the third release of the talking ArchLinux CD.
This contains some minor fixes for the second release.  The initialization
script should now properly unmute all sound cards.
Get it via HTTP.  There are two versions.  One uses Grub, and the other
uses Isolinux.
