Cursor tracking and laptops?

	On the Laptop:

Caps+8 is Paste, but is the NumLock key on the Desktop keypad.
	Caps+9 is Mark and Cut.
Caps+0 should be the Cursor Tracking toggle but is unassigned.
Caps+Minus is Park and Unpark.

	Paste on the Laptop config can't duplicate the keypad's keys on
the desktop because many of them require the CapsLock key that's being
used already on the laptop's alpha keys.  Desktop Keypad star and dash
might be assigned to laptop Equals and Backspace, respectively for the
Goto and Hex functions.  Q, W, E, A, S, D, Z, X, and C could be used
for Caps+number combinations used on the Desktop keypad.
Caps+/ on the laptop should be Cursor Position, and not char color, and
Caps+V should be Char color.  Caps+Enter on the laptop is unassigned,
but should be like Caps+Enter on the Desktop keypad.  Not sure of the
rest of the laptop keys, but that seems to cover things.  HTH,
