Another strange Speakup quirk?

The winkey/startmenu key is meant to act like the insert key on the numpad. so, for
example, pressing the winkey, while typing the letter i, would read
the current line. As far as I know, pressing winkey itself shouldn't
lock it into that mode, unless you're hitting the letter z as well,
which would lock it, until you press winkey+z again to unlock. This
feature is very handy on laptop keyboards, where you might not have a
numpad insert, or which might not be convenient to use if you do have it.

I'm using speakupconf in my debian system's /etc/rc.local without
problems, and it loads the settings just fine on startup as is.
