I would like to announce the release of espeakup, v0.3.  Below is the
list of changes since v0.2.

      added support for long command line options
      updated readme
      Fixed a typo.
      starting work toward supporting changing voices
      Updated ToDo list
      fixed the volume multiplier
      released v0.3.

The change you will notice is that espeakup now takes advantage of
speakup's full volume range, so it will be louder.
