FYI; debian portmap upgrade broken--resolution

	Hello, Tyler.  I noticed the new portmap going in and there was
a warning that the system needed a restart to make sure everything was
okay, but it never hung on me...even after rebooting.  I think Debian
uses too much perl. for my liking.
